Seminar series on aircraft design by researchers and industry
professionals. AA294 is a unique graduate level seminar course that aims to give students a practical perspective on aircraft design from the practitioners and experts in the field. The presentations take the form of technically rigorous briefings and program reviews on real-world projects and historically significant aircraft. |
Time and Venue |
Seminars are scheduled on Wednesday afternoon in the Spring quarter, from April through June.
- Time: 3:45pm - 5:15pm, Every Wednesday

Class Requirement |
Registration for credit is optional and may be
repeated for credit. To receive credit, students must attend at
least 80% of the seminars and sign an attendance sheet. Additional
credit may be applied with an optional research paper. |
Intended Audience |
All people interested are welcome to attend
individual seminars. Most talks are intended for a general audience who
is interested in aircraft design. Undergraduate students may take the
course for credit or audit. |
